Part 2 Describe a toy you liked in your childhood.

You should say: What it was Who gave it to you What it looked like Explain why it was a special toy for you

Part 3 Do you think children learn something from toys?

I think that children definitely learn to organize their activities by playing with toys, they kind of imitate their possible future life through play, think over their roles.

Do the parents spend too much on buying toys for their children?

I think that different parents spend money and time in different ways. Some parents really buy too many expensive toys and spoil their children that lose interest, not knowing what to do with numerous items. Other parents have too little money to spend, and they often make toys with their own hands. And we must remember that it was that kind of toys that Barbie and Lego grew up from.

How do the media attract the children towards toys?

I think the media show toys in overly bright colours and artificially sweet scenes that have nothing to do with reality. The media tempt rather than help a child develop into a healthy personality.

What should be preferable toys for children?

I believe that the preferred toys for children are those in which the children can express and develop their creativity, like Lego or plasticine. Creativity is a gift that is given in childhood and must be developed for success in adulthood.

Do you think it is good for children to play many computer games?

Computer games can be different. So, if children play useful computer games where they can learn to create, like Garry's Mod or Roblox, it may not be wrong, it may be even good, since the child develops competencies. But games where, according to the scenario, the characters mostly kill each other are not of clear value to me, I see no benefit for children to play these games, especially when they play a lot.

Do you think playing with electronic toys has a good influence on kids?

If an electronic toy, whatever it is, is a tool for the development of a child, this is not a bad thing. It's like pencils, just electronic. The situation changes when electronic toys try to make a decision instead of a child, replacing some personality functions, then this is not right and cannot be good, this is a violation of free will and suppression of the child's personality.

How do you think a child can benefit from playing a child’s game?

The game is a kind of imitation of the future life and the exploration of the conditions of the present life. Therefore, I think that games reveal the child's talent and intuition, he or she also learns to analyse, draw conclusions and adapt to changes. These are all important foundation for the success as an adult.

Which do you think is better, for children to play with toys alone or with other kids?

I believe that people, starting from childhood, have different types of intelligence. What is most vivid in the child develops first. Therefore, some children do better playing alone, others when they play with others. I think that no one should make decisions for the child, what is best for him or her, it will be right to just support the child in the best that he or she does.

Part 2 Describe an indoor game that you liked to play when you were a child. You should say: what the game was where you played it who played this game with you and explain why you enjoyed playing this game.

Part 3 What sorts of games are popular in your country? How do games influence our life? Do people in your country prefer to play indoor games or outdoor games? What are the benefits of indoor games? What are the drawbacks of indoor games?

Part 2 Describe a place where you read and write, apart from your home You should say: What kind of place it is Where it is How often you go there Explain why you choose to go there Part 3 At what age do children start reading and writing?

I remember that when I was 4-5 years old, I absolutely could not understand what my kindergarten teacher was explaining and asking, trying to prepare us for school. It frightened and disappointed me. But in school, I easily got the highest marks from the very beginning. Therefore, I think that one should not rush to teach the child to read and write, children will learn when it is necessary for them. This most likely occurs after turning 6-7 years old.

Is it the sole responsibility of school to take care of reading and writing?

This is not a simple question. On the one hand, school has been a place to learn to write and read for several thousand years. On the other hand, the most valuable of what I read and wrote, I did outside the school, it was done for my own creative work. Probably, the role of the school has somehow differentiated over the centuries, and now the school does not play a decisive role in the education of children. Therefore, school cannot take all responsibilities about learning.

Is home better for reading and writing? Or other places?

When I was a student, I read books and took notes in the library. However, now that everything can be found on the Internet, I can firmly say that the best place to do anything is at home. It is comfortable and safe, so you can fully focus and think calmly.

What is more important, reading or writing?

This is a very interesting question. I have thought about it many times. The fact is that when you read a lot, then at some point you want to express yourself by writing your own text. But when you write a lot, then you need to replenish your stock of thoughts and relax, and you read with pleasure and benefit seeking insights. These are cyclical alterations throughout life, I think.

Who needs to have good writing skills?

Writing skills can be different, and, accordingly, different people need them. For example, a writer needs to be able to express many of his or her thoughts quickly and orderly. While for an office worker, sometimes it is important to have good handwriting and neatness, doing relatively not much writing work. For professor and student, writing skills are also important, but in slightly different ways.

From what can people get more information – words or pictures?

In recent years, more and more people say that images are better for assimilating information. I think that rather the balance is important in everything. People can have different types of intelligence. For me, as an example, serious information is only to be written in words to accept it, while pictures just help to navigate. But at the same time, films and videos play an important role to see how things are done.

Part 2 Describe a small and successful company you know. You should say: the name of the company how you learnt about it what kind of business this company does and explain why you think this company is successful.

Part 3 Business Do most people in your country work for small or large businesses?

I think people in my country work mainly for large companies. Which is sad because talent and personal competence are neglected in large companies. Instead, large business requires submission, as if humans were robots. Salaries in large companies are never high for people, and there is also a lot of corruption. It looks healthier when people work in their own small company alone or with friends, this allows people to develop, fulfilling their mission before God and people.

What kind of businesses need the most help?

I think this is a matter of politics. If the leader of the country wants and wishes the development of citizens with their talents and competencies and recognizes that people create value, then he will support and help small and medium-sized businesses in which these people work, each according to his or her talent. If the leader of a country strives for totalitarian control, he will, of course, rely on and help large companies, and this will suppress the personal talents of people, and not support small business to survive at all.

Should the government help businesses or leave them alone?

Well, ideally, it is like being in a big family. You can ignore each other, only demand certain fruits, as a tribute, demand discipline. In such a family, no one will love anyone, but rather hate. In other families, each person is understood and supported in the best way, the talents and competencies of each are complemented by other's, and all along is a healthy community that develops together. Therefore, I believe that, as a healthy norm, any business is also to be well understood, accepted and supported by government and community, otherwise it is anarchy and hatred.

How important is regulation of large businesses?

I think that the best regulation of large business is a transparent corporate culture based on clear values. This will ensure the healthy development and responsibility of the company as a whole and of each employee from the inside. So, internal regulation of large business is important. External regulation of large companies is ineffective because they work much more efficiently than any government.

What rights do large companies have?

Rights are logically linked to responsibility. The responsibility of large companies is whether they serve or hinder people's happiness and success. Large business has the right to become a core of a healthy society. But large companies definitely do not have the right before God and humanity to turn the lives of people on earth into hell.

What do you think can be considered as emerging industries?

I think emerging industries can be of several types. First, the needs of people to respond to environmental changes give rise to new industries, such as the production of modern building materials and technologies, for example. Also, a return to traditional things at a new level may also look like an emerging industry, such as a better way to grow native plant species in agriculture, instead of artificially bred varieties. In short, the emerging industries are more often a new and relevant reading of the ancient and chosen ways to survive.

Is market research important for export business?

Certainly, some marketing research is important to do before exporting anything. The country to which you intend to export may have cross-cultural differences in business conduct, consumer perceptions and values. Further, the legislation in another country or region may be very different from what you are used to. For example, cold calling may be successful in North America or Northern Europe, but not in Asia, where people live in family communities. Also, the competition can be of unexpected scale and nature in the region where you intend to export. All of this should be investigated before exporting.

In business, do companies need to be competitive?

Companies have to be competitive when doing business, of course. They can achieve this in a variety of ways. Some businesses just make unique things and relay on clear values. That kind of competitiveness is good for everyone. Other companies are aggressive in advertising, market capturing, and toward competitors. This is usually not good, as a low-quality product or service is often accompanied by aggression and imposition.

Should companies promote competition and why?

The word competition itself implies that there are several applicants who can solve tasks with different efficiency. In some Romance languages, the word task sounds like "compito". The consumer always tends to choose those who appear more successful or inspire more confidence in solving tasks or problems. Nobody wants to be complicit in misfortune. Therefore, I think that business will and should always promote competition, but it should be done in an honest way.

What should be the government’s role in how small businesses are run?

Well, every small business is as unique as creative persons are. Therefore, the best that the government can do is to be extremely flexible in supporting small businesses. And it would be great if the government had such flexibility and versatility as the diversity of people's talents, it would be a healthy community. Unfortunately, there is a tendency towards narrowness, rigidity, and totalitarian one-sidedness on the part of the powerful. This means that crises will continue. Only flexible, talented variety survives.

How can businesses benefit the community in which they are located?

Originally, business means being busy with something valuable to persons, showing love through labour, complementing each other. People do their best only in their own business. Therefore, I see the main benefit of business for the local community in developing active forms of manifestation of love in the production of value for the locals. These can be anything from food, clothing to heating systems and energy conservation. A truly successful business is about mutual learning and the shared success of all participants.

What kind of small businesses are most popular?

It seems to me that the most popular small business right now is associated with natural medicines and supplements. There are such small shops that sell chopped herbs, tinctures, gels, they do not contain anything artificial, but only gifts of nature, useful for health. Small businesses related to organic food and condiments, handmade clothing and anything related to safe trips to nature can also be popular.

Part 2 Describe a job you would not like to do in the future You should say: what the job is how much training would be necessary what is so special about this job and explain why you are not attracted to this job.

Part 3 Difficult Jobs Why do some people see their jobs as very difficult?

I think, the feeling of difficulty has to do with whether the job is related to a person's talent and competencies or not. If a person does at work what he is able from early ages to, he or she will do well and better than others. Also, if a person feels no sorry to spend the time of life to, and loves it, then he or she will finally enjoy the job, no matter how it looks like for outsider. But a random job always feels difficult in the end, as a person is not developed properly for it.

Should jobs with high degrees of difficulty earn more money?

I don't think that "should" is always the right word when it comes to labour and money. It depends on who do you ask about it. If a person felt that a job was difficult for him, he involuntarily might think about reward or compensation, as if he were hurt at work. But we know examples like Richard Branson and David Beckham, who did not find it difficult to do things hard for others, they did it according to their talent and with pleasure, better than others and could get quite a lot, in the end. And that looked natural, not exactly like someone should pay them for the efforts.

How do people choose their jobs?

I think choosing a job is a big and important skill. It is necessary to take into account the talent, the type of intelligence, the level of competence, the stage of the life cycle. But most people, as I see it, pick a job spontaneously, the one that will be convenient. And then people suffer for years expressing dissatisfaction with their work. Well, in fact, there are only two worthwhile options, trusting God's providence, or doing careful research and choosing something that you are not sorry to spend your life on.

Do companies do enough to train employees for difficult jobs?

Some companies do train their employee for challenging jobs quite well. However, this is never enough, as life goes on and reality is much richer than any previous training. Therefore, reports often show that accidents happen due to human factors.

What incentives can governments offer for those taking on difficult jobs?

People who take on really difficult jobs, like firefighters, for example, often risk their lives and health. In most cases, they are also the breadwinners of the family. Therefore, I believe that the government should provide good insurance for such people. And, of course, the salaries have to be decent, as it is a daily feat for the sake of the community.
