I am writing to thank you for lending me your book about first aid management in emergency situations. It gives me immense joy to say that it was extremely helpful for me while preparing for my presentation at the city council’s office.
I made a power-point presentation and performed practical demonstration of the first aid techniques with the help of it and am so glad that it went smoothly and in fact I was appreciated for the effort.
The presentation was crucial for getting the licence of our clinic renewed, and without it, we would not have been able to prove our credibility. I must mention that this book was a life saviour. It was easy to understand and to the point. It took me just 3 days to read it thoroughly and prepare my notes from it.
